There's an uncertain road ahead and we can't be sure exactly what's around each corner. ⁠At Where The Wild Is, we want to make sure our customers are reassured and have access to all of the latest travel developments so we are keeping a close eye on the Foreign & Commonwealth Office updates.

We're staying in touch with our customers who have trips booked in the coming months and we are back working in the office and available during our normal office hours. For all of our customers who have trips booked with us and are unsure if they want to travel we can rearrange a new travel date at no extra charge. If you require a refund, please do get in touch. We are still available to make bookings for the future and you can book with confidence. As it is still not clear how the global situation will develop, we will adapt accordingly. If future bookings are made and become affected, we remain fully flexible and will rearrange travel dates or offer full refunds at no extra charge.
