There's an uncertain road ahead and we can't be sure exactly what's around each corner. At Where The Wild Is, we want to make sure our customers are reassured and have access to all of the latest travel developments so we are keeping a close eye on the Foreign & Commonwealth Office updates.
We're staying in touch with our customers who have trips booked in the coming months and although our office doors are closed, we are still working from home and are available during our normal office hours. So if you need to contact us about an existing booking or want to talk about future travel plans, please get in touch on 0117 450 7980 or [email protected]
For all of our customers who have trips booked up until June 30th 2020, we can rearrange a new travel date, or if you need a full refund, no problem. You're in safe hands and you are fully protected. It's that simple.
For now we must stay at home. Although we might be going nowhere for a while, that doesn't mean that we can't dream of adventures to come.
Booking with Confidence - Covid 19 & Beyond
We are still available to make bookings for the future and you can book with confidence. As it is still not clear how the global situation will develop, we will adapt accordingly. If future bookings are made and become affected, we remain fully flexible and will rearrange travel dates or offer full refunds at no extra charge.
We offer a bespoke and personal approach even during this challenging time. All bookings with Where The Wild Is are fully protected so you can book in confidence and trust that your money is safe.
