We've teamed up with our friends in the north at Pine Bay Lodge to celebrate the launch of the brand new direct flight route from London Stansted to Lulea in Swedish Lapland which begins in December 2020.

We're offering twenty people the chance to win an Arctic themed jigsaw puzzle. Those who complete their puzzle by the closing date in May will be in with the chance to WIN a holiday to Swedish Lapland in 2021 for two. The prize is for two people and includes return flights, three night's accommodation at the fabulous Pine Bay Lodge on a full-board basis, a snowmobile excursion and an Aurora Hideaway dinner.

The full terms and conditions of the competition are as follows:

1. Promoter information:

2. Closing time and date to win a puzzle: Midnight on Wednesday 22nd April 2020. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Only one entry per person.
   
   
3. Closing time and date to complete the puzzle and send in your picture to be in with the chance of winning a Northern Lights holiday: Midnight on Monday 1st June 2020. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Only one entry per person.
   
   
4. The winner must be over 18 years old and hold a valid 10-year passport – with six months or more remaining after return to the UK.
   
   

THE PRIZE 

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Where The Wild Is, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.
   
   
2. There will be twenty prizes of a jigsaw puzzle. Winners selected will be contacted by phone, Whatsapp or email in order to obtain a postal address to send the puzzle to.
   
   
3. There will be one holiday prize for one winner plus guest. The holiday prize includes return flights with SAS in economy from London Stansted to Lulea in Swedish Lapland, return airport transfers, three nights accommodation at Pine Bay Lodge on a full-board basis, a two hour snowmobile excursion and an Aurora Hideaway dinner.
   
   
4. The flights must be booked by October 31st 2020. The trip must be taken between 7th January 2021 and 31^st March 2021. The prize cannot be taken between 12th to 28th February. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
   
   
5. Where The Wild Is make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
   
   
6. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
   
   
7. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Where The Wild Is will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
   
   
8. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity and must organise relevant visas where required.
   
   
9. The prize does NOT include insurance or any travel or other expenses during the trip.
   
   
10. The prize is non-transferable and no alternative flights to another destination or with another airline will be offered.
    
    
11. There is no cash alternative.
    
    
12. The prize is subject to availability.
    
    
13. Where The Wild Is shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
    
    
14. The prize is provided by Where The Wild Is and Pine Bay Lodge in Swedish Lapland.
    
    
15. The winners of the jigsaw puzzles and the overall winner of the holiday will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.
    
    
16. Winners will be notified by the prize provider by email within seven days of the competition closing date.
    
    
17. If the prize provider can’t contact the winner within one week of such notification, the Promoter will offer the prize to a runner-up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
    
    
18. You must provide your full name and email address. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.

 

RULES, LIABILITIES AND JURISDICTIONS

1. When you enter the competition, you agree to be bound by these rules.
   
   
2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
   
   
3. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
