Dive into the Arctic’s winter wonderland. Immerse yourself in Sami culture and reindeer encounters, before venturing into pristine snowy landscapes to mush through the wilderness on a husky sled, fat-bike across frozen trails, and scan the icy waters on a whale-watching tour. As night falls, hunt the northern lights across the Arctic sky. This journey promises exhilarating adventures, unforgettable wildlife encounters, and the magic of Norway’s far north.

- Return transfers from Alta Airport
- Three nights at Sorrisniva Arctic Wilderness Lodge in Alta based on a River Suite for two people with a sky-view window, ensuite shower and WC and private balcony located on the ground floor of the lodge
- All meals included. Daily buffet breakfast, two 3-course meals and one 8-course fine dining menu, served in Maku Restaurant
- Two nights at Glød Explorer in Alta based on a Glød Aurora Canvas Dome for two people. Each dome has its own toilet and wash-hand basin and the shower and sauna are located in the Glød building (approx. 30 metres away)
- All meals included. Daily buffet breakfast, and two 3-course meals
- Guided Sami and reindeer experience on a sled pulled by a reindeer, searching for the northern lights. Includes hot drinks and snacks. Duration 2½ hours
- Whale watching boat tour on the Altafjord. Cruise through the stunning Altafjord aboard a comfortable, heated boat with panoramic windows. Includes return transfers, thermal overalls and life jacket, plus hot drinks and snacks. Duration 4 – 5 hours
- Guided tour of the Igloo Hotel including a Blue Ice cocktail served in the hotel's Ice Bar. You will explore the hotel and its themed suites and ice sculptures, and learn about the building process. NB: If you would like to exchange one of your nights in the Arctic Wilderness Lodge for a night in an ice suite, please let us know - must be pre-booked at the same time as your holiday package! Duration 1 hour
- Guided husky sledding adventure. Based on two people per sled (musher and passenger) with the opportunity to swap around midway. Back at the kennel you have plenty of time to cuddle the huskies before having hot drinks and snacks inside a lavvu with open fire. Duration 6 hours
- Arctic sauna and jacuzzi session to relax and nurture mind and body. Intermittent body scrubbing with handfuls of snow is optional! Includes bathrobe and towels. Interested in an ice-bathing experience (cold water immersion in a 'bath' cut into the ice) along with the sauna and jacuzzi? Please ask for details. Duration 1½ hours
- Electric Fat-Bike Exploration. Explore the Arctic landscapes around Alta on a powerful electric fat-bike, designed to handle snow, ice, and rugged trails with ease. Includes a break for a hot drink and snacks. Duration 3 hours
- Hunting the northern lights. Travel through the Arctic wilderness of Alta in a small, comfortable minibus with an expert local guide. Includes winter thermo suits and foot bags. Hot drinks and light snacks are provided. Duration 4 – 5 hours
