Day 1 | Arrive in Northern Norway

Arrive in Tromsø for a three-night stay. Why not head out for dinner in the evening and enjoy the city at twilight? Ask us about our favourite restaurants in the city.

Day 2 | City Sightseeing & Cable Car

Take in the sights of Tromso. Perhaps head to Fjellheisen, Tromso's cable car offering panoramic views of the city. Visit the iconic Arctic Cathedral church before dining at Mathallen, one of the best restaurants Tromso has to offer, where local arctic ingredients are used to create seasonal delights.

Day 3 | Silent Whale Watching

Today, embark on a silent whale-watching trip across glassy fjords. Hop aboard silent and emissions free catamaran, the Brim Explorer. Learn about wildlife in the area and keep a look out for humpbacks and orcas. Enjoy the heated panoramic lounge where it is possible to view underwater drone footage of the whales.

Day 4 | Journey to Varanger Lodge

Journey to Varanger Lodge. Perched on the shores of a remote fjord in the village of Nesseby, Varanger Lodge is a chance to experience an arctic retreat like no other. Enjoy dinner this evening and thaw out in the sauna with expansive views out over the fjord.

Day 5 | Reindeer Sanctuary & Ice-fishing

Enjoy a beautifully prepared fisherman's breakfast overlooking the snow-cloaked wilderness. Today visit a reindeer sanctuary and learn about their importance in Sami culture. Later, embark on an exhilarating ice-fishing adventure. Stop for lunch at the Varanger wilderness cabin before dinner and another relaxing sauna session.

Day 6 | Dogsledding

Meet a team of eager huskies. Born to run, the dogs thrive in the arctic wilderness. Learn how to guide the sled and zip across the snow-blanketed landscape. Stop for some coffee and snacks before returning to the lodge for dinner. Keep a lookout for the northern lights swirling overhead.

Day 7| King Crab Safari

Today enjoy a king crab safari. Help skipper Edgar catch the crabs out on the tranquil fjord. Sail back to the lodge where Edgar will prepare the catch for lunch. In the afternoon, try out an optional activity such as snowshoeing before preparing for a festive dinner in the evening.

Today transfer to the airport for your departure plans.
