Day 1 | Arrive in Norway

Arrive in Oslo and transfer to the stylish Amerikalinjen Hotel, a beautifully restored landmark blending contemporary comfort with historic charm. This boutique hotel offers an inviting base for exploring Norway’s capital. Wander along the nearby waterfront, discover world-class museums, or simply soak up the atmosphere of bustling Jernbanetorget. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the city’s acclaimed restaurants before settling in for a relaxing night.

Day 2 | Oslo Sightseeing

Begin your Oslo discovery at the impressive Vigeland Sculpture Park before continuing to the sleek waterfront home of the Oslo Opera House. Later, delve into Norway’s polar exploration history at the fascinating Fram Museum, rounding off the day with free time to enjoy the city’s vibrant cultural scene.

Day 3 | Oslo Sightseeing

Today, head to the lively waterfront district of Aker Brygge, perfect for a relaxed stroll among shops, cafés, and harbour views.  Or why not take the Metro train to Frognerseteren, one of the easiest ways to experience Oslo’s winter landscape without leaving the city? From here, many visitors choose to return via the Korketrekkeren sled run, a 2 km downhill track through the forest. As evening falls, enjoy dinner at one of Oslo’s many cosy restaurants before returning to your hotel to relax after a day in the cold.

Day 4 | Arrive in Longyearbyen

Fly to Svalbard and on arrival transfer to the most luxurious hotel in Longyearbyen. Funken Lodge is set against icy glaciers and mountains that salute the sky. Head to the hotel’s glass-wrapped restaurant, where the international cuisine is as tantilising as the views.

Day 5 | Dog Sledding & Snow Cat Aurora Hunt

Embark on an exhilarating husky sledding adventure beneath the glittering moonlight. Dash across icy plains and pass towering mountains whilst keeping a lookout for the northern lights swirling overhead. Return to the hotel and after dinner head out on an Aurora hunt by snowcat. Drive through Adventdalen, the Advent Valley, enjoying the incredible views back towards the glittering city of Longyearbyen as you search for Mother Nature's most famous light show.

Day 6 | Ice Cave Hike & Longyearbyen

Set out this morning on a guided hike from Nyben to the glacier, where you’ll venture inside an ice cave and experience its enchanting frozen landscapes from within. Wander through narrow passages and admire the striking ice formations and crystalline patterns. The afternoon is yours to relax, before enjoying dinner at your leisure back in Longyearbyen.

Day 7 | Snowmobile Safari & Wilderness Dining

Today, you'll embark on an atmospheric snowmobile journey through the wilderness. The snowy landscape is home to reindeer and polar foxes. Keep a lookout for the northern lights painting ribbons across the sky which can be seen day or night at this time of the year. During the evening you will dine at Camp Barentz, located in the Svalbard wilderness.

Day 8 | Departure Day

Rise early this morning and transfer back to the airport for your return flight.
