- Transport in Svalbard including airport transfers
- One night at Radisson Blu Oslo Airport Hotel based on a standard double/twin room including breakfast
- Two nights at Basecamp Hotel in Longyearbyen based on a double/twin room including buffet breakfast and evening meal
- Two nights at Nordenskiöld Lodge beneath the Nordenskiöld Glacier based on a double/twin room with shared bathroom (between four rooms) with shower and WC, including breakfast
- Two nights at Isfjord Radio at the edge of Isfjorden based a double/twin room with shared bathroom with shower and WC including breakfast
- Two experienced expedition guides for the duration of your time on expedition in Svalbard. Please note that it is a requirement and precautionary measure, that all guides travelling outside of Longyearbyen are armed with rifles in the unlikely event of polar bear encounters
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during your time in Svalbard, these will be packed lunches when exploring during hikes
- All activities/experiences which form part of your expedition experience and which are outlined in the day-by-day itinerary
- Arctic gear in Svalbard when needed
