Position Available: Luxury Travel Planner (Nordic, Iceland, Faroe Isles, and Scotland)
Location: Bristol
Type: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 1 day per week in the office / Remote role possible for the right candidate
Full-time / 4 days per week considered

The Role:
We're seeking an experienced travel planner with a background in the Travel sector. Familiarity with our specific destinations would be advantageous.
Responsibilities entail promptly responding to new enquiries, tailoring and pricing itineraries, collaborating with our destination partners, and, above all, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Ideally, you possess outstanding communication skills and are adept at fostering relationships with prospective customers (via email and phone).
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound customer enquiries
- Craft bespoke travel itineraries
- Collaborate closely with senior sales consultants to generate quotes
- Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, and experience providers to curate unique and unforgettable trips
- Customise personalised experiences within our customer travel app
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey
- Maintain trip and itinerary updates on our website
- Undertake other administrative and support tasks as required
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Travel Planner (or similar role)
- Proficient in delivering exemplary customer service
- A passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven, commercial approach
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Eagerness to learn and adept at problem-solving
- Familiarity with selling our target destinations would be advantageous
