Excursions from Torshavn

Suduroy
Travel two hours from the capital by ferry to reach the southernmost island where the scenery reigns supreme. Take to the hills and hike Hvannhagi, a beautiful valley surrounded by steep mountains.

Northern Islands
Visit five islands in the North. See the fishing capital of the Faroe Islands, Klaksvík, the island of Kunoy with the beautiful view of the island of Kalsoy and the southern part of Eysturoy.

Puffin Island
Sail alongside majestic cliffs to the westernmost island of Mykines. See impressive gannets that only breed on Mykinesholm and the charming puffins with their colourful beaks.
